Also, how are you supposed to deal with other modes like Dorian and Mixolydian? They aren't represented on the Camelot wheel at all, yet thousands of tracks use them!

I'm curious why C major & A minor are given the number 8, as opposed to 1 or 12. They are the keys with all natural pitches, so the wheel logically ought to start there.

How do you set the Cue for the first beat?

Yeah, I don't mix _at all,_ nor do I have any grasp of music theory, but even I could hear a notable difference between the two examples. I _loved_ how it sounded when you did it the "right way". The first time was just... flat and annoyingly repetitive.

Interesting video and your music theory is on point. Anyway even transitioning from compatible songs is always better to pay attention to the perfect phrasing on each song where to mix. As you showed on guitar some transitions can clash even between songs that shouldn’t. Depending by how much notes and chords are involved on each song.

my main problem here is when the track has a very big bridge. I play aggressive music so very often I want to maintain a high energy level, but very often too these tracks I like are made to peak moments so they have a super long bridge. I usually introduce new track in the bridge, but I don't really like that deaf kick sound in the first track bridge.

Finally, some equalizer tut with good music... this was a smooth transitions... he put's them all at 12oclock, but sometimes this does give no depth to the sound in the speakers? Should we control that somewhere else?
